THE SCOW BELT PLAN: • Oct. 18: New tail drum to arrive on site • Oct. 19: Installation of new tail drum (Afternoon Millwrights) • Oct. 20: New belt to be installed and vulcanized (Contractors) • Oct. 21: Belt to be tracked and tested (Contractors and Millwrights). Scow to be loaded after all work is completed. • The tail drum will be installed the 19th on afternoon (after production).
